Coopersville Community Theatre, Summer Theatre Camp

Keep your schedules open for Friday, June 23rd, and Saturday, June 24th as our Coopersville Area Arts Council Youth Theatre Camp puts on “Moana Jr.” at the Centerstage Theatre (Coopersville High School) at 7pm on both nights!

These amazing kids put an entire 1 act show together in just 2 weeks at this camp!

Tickets are $10 for Adults and $5 for 18yrs and younger. TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR. NO ADVANCE SALES.

Come support our community artists and have a great time enjoying this cute show!

SUMMER THEATRE CAMP 2022

Summer Theatre Camp, 
We are still accepting registrations for Summer Theatre Camp. Full-Day Camp is June 13 - June 25 from 8:30am to 4:30pm (Monday through Friday). Performance dates are Friday, June 24th at 7:00PM and Saturday, June 25th at 7:00PM. We are also offering a Half Day Camp from 8:30am to NOON for students interested in being in the chorus.
Students who are completing 5th - 11th Grades this year are eligible to try out.

SUMMER THEATRE CAMP

Summer Theatre Camp

Coopersville Area Arts Council will be sponsoring “The Lion King Experience” Summer Theatre Camp, directed by Dave Inbody, at Coopersville High School June 10 through 22, 2019. Students participating in the camp will be involved in creating the characters of “The Lion King Jr.” and performing the show on Friday, June 21 and Saturday afternoon, June 22 at the Centerstage Theatre. The camp will be open to students entering 5th through 9th grades. Camp hours will be 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday of each week. The cost will be $250.00 for the two-week camp. Registrations will be available online and at South Elementary and Coopersville Middle School on March 1. A “CREW CAMP” will be held the week of June 17 through 22 from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM for students interested in a “BACKSTAGE” experience. This crew will be creating sets, lighting, and sound for the “ Lion King Jr”.  Show. Registrations will be available for this camp by March 1. Plan now to have your student involved in this exciting experience.
